SÚPER COOL TUITION POLICY

Small Groups - $16.65/hour

Our tuition policy for small-group lessons (3 to 8 students) seems complicated at first (because it's not what you're expecting), but really it's very simple. You may need to read this section twice, but you'll see how our pay-as-you-go tuition installments make learning Spanish easy to fit in your budget.

The first thing you need to know is that Spanish Circle's program is continual. We have many groups that have been together for 1 or 2 years on the same day at the same time with the same instructor, and a number that are in their 3rd year. Once you join a group, you'll never have to re-register: just make another installment for 5 more lessons and continue.

Good news
One tuition installment of $166.50 covers 10 hours of class (5 two-hour lessons), which breaks
down to under $17/hour (see Compare section). You're never committed beyond the 5 lessons from
your current installment, which means you don't have to worry about unexpected changes to your
life. Books and materials are always included.

Better news
Because almost everyone is sure to be absent now and then (and we don't want you paying for
lessons you can't attend), we've built in one 'freebie' absence in every tuition cycle. When
you pay for the next 5 lessons, your group is actually scheduled to meet for 6. In other words,
you have 6 chances to attend your 5 lessons. As a continuing weekly student, you can miss up
to 8 lessons over a year without hurting your wallet.

The best news
Of course you are welcome to attend every lesson if you can at no extra charge. With good
attendance, many students rack up 1 to 2 months of lessons at no extra charge in a year.


Semi-private (two students) - $20.75/hour per student

Packages of 6 two-hour lessons or 12 one-hour lessons: $249 per student, materials included.


Private (one-on-one) - $41.50/hour

Packages of 6 two-hour lessons: $498, materials included.
Packages of 6 one-hour lessons: $249, materials included.


Small-group Tutoring for Enrolled College Students - $9.00/hour

Packages of 8 one-hour lessons: $72.00
Packages of 8 two-hour lessons: $144.00

lesson is organized and thoughtfully structured.

in a way that efficiently helps you develop the necessary foundations for continued growth.

4. The small class size and relaxed atmosphere will be conducive to effective language-learning.

5. We will happily and quickly issue a full refund if Spanish Circle isn't providing what is claimed
in this guarantee or in the website. Just 1) contact the administrative office by phone during
regular business hours to make your case, then 2) attend one more lesson to give us a chance
to address your concern.

CONDITIONS FOR OTHER REFUNDS AND/OR CREDITS

A pro-rated refund or credit will be issued for any changes to the original calendar that cause
you to miss a class meeting. Under other circumstances, Spanish Circle reserves the right to
issue a full or partial refund, no refund, or credit. We have happily issued refunds to students
for various reasons, however, no refunds or credits will be issued for class meetings missed
due to your own scheduling conflicts with the original calendar.
