A pro-rated refund or credit will be issued for any changes to the original calendar that cause you to miss a class meeting. Under other circumstances, Spanish Circle reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund, no refund, or a class credit. We do frequently issue refunds and credits for various reasons, however, we are not responsible for a student's personal scheduling conflicts that arise. Every situation is unique and is given personal attention. For example, if one of our continuing students were to make a six-lesson tuition installment and then miss 4 lessons in a row due to an unexpected illness, we would happily extend a credit.
